By accessing and using the FliingShon website and purchasing digital comic books, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Content License

When you purchase a FliingShon comic book, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the digital content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download the PDF files to your personal devices for offline reading.

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the purchased comic books
• Upload the content to file-sharing websites or platforms
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the content
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
• Use the content for commercial purposes

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues preventing access to purchased content.

5. Age Requirements

FliingShon comic books are intended for children ages 4 and up. Users under 13 must have parental consent to create an account and make purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the FliingShon website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kev and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to purchased content if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your license to access the digital content will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

FliingShon and its creator Kev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or purchased content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the content in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
